In these challenging times, why not take a few moments to share thanks for the special people in your life? You can even make it a family project.
Step 1. Make a list of people who have touched your heart in some way. You may know them personally or not.
Step 2. Decide how you want to thank your people. Choose something that feels right for you. It could be notes, poetry, photographs, service projects or whatever comes from your heart.
Step 3. Get started!
Gratitude is incredibly powerful. Science backs up the healing power of sharing gratefulness. Given the current societal issues, there is no better time than now.
