Who Are They?

The Blue Wahoos are Pensacola’s Minor League Baseball team. The team enters its 10th season excited to return to a full schedule. The last two seasons were shortened due to the pandemic. The season opens on April 8 and closes on September 18, with 69 home and 69 road games.

A Beloved Ballpark

Considered one of MiLB’s premier facilities, Blue Wahoos Stadium offers views of Pensacola Bay. The ballpark was named “Best View” in Double-A baseball by Benjamin Hill of MiLB.com, and was voted Best Double-A Ballpark by readers of Ballpark Digest in 2020.

A Stadium for the Community

The stadium was built not only to host home games for the team, but local events. Youth and community athletics and other events are held throughout the year. In 2020, the stadium made news as a vacation rental. An overnight stay in the clubhouse can be rented through Airbnb.

When to Visit

The stadium is busiest during the Wahoos season. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on game days from 9 a.m. to the final out. On weekend game days, the stadium is open beginning at noon.
